Allows for shorter screw to be used in toggle fastening
1) Insert Kaptoggle into drilled hole & hold strap
2) Pull until metal piece is snug w/ wall
3) Slide washer so its rim is fully inside hole
4) Snap off straps
5) Insert screw & tighten
