Flat with Nibs

Deck screws listed below all have square drive, flat head with Nibs and include a Type-17 Point to eliminate the need for pre-drilling a hole. The Nibs under the flat of the head help countersink the screw head so it sits flush to wood surface.

18-8 Stainless material is rated the highest corrosion resistance VS the other materials / finishes below.

Ceramic coated deck screws are rated for 1,200 hours in a salt spray test.

Zinc - Silver Ruspert deck screws are rated for 1,000 hours in a salt spray test.

(A typical zinc plated fastener lasts 14-75 hours in a salt spray test for comparison)
